Barbara Strady is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. She is a partner at Casper and Casper and has been practicing personal injury law for 19 years.

After growing up with three older brothers, Barbara Strady had plenty of experience in arguing and had grown adept at how to gain the upper hand in a discussion. After studying Political Science and History as an undergraduate, she moved on to law school at the University of Dayton to put her skills to use. Ms. Strady knew she wanted to work in a field and with a firm where she could help individuals, not big corporations, which led her to Casper & Casper.

She first worked at Casper & Casper as a law clerk where she grew to love the cooperative spirit of helping others. She experienced each attorney’s great care for each of their clients’ and their families, as well as the team work and honesty that goes into each case. Now, as Ms. Strady focuses her legal practice on Personal Injury Law, she is committed to walking in her client’s shoes. She will honestly lay out all possible outcomes, strategies and even challenges each client may face during the process of their personal injury case. The bottom line is Ms. Strady practices Personal Injury Law because she truly cares about her clients, and enjoys helping them in their time of need.

Ms. Strady, her husband, and their two children live in Kettering, Ohio. As a family they enjoy hiking, exercising, and generally staying healthy. In her free time, Ms. Strady spends quiet time reading and also greatly appreciates the “instant gratification that doesn’t talk back” that flower gardening provides. Ms. Strady is a fan of Ohio State University football and basketball, as well as University of Dayton Basketball.  She loves to follow golf and see the younger players come into their own through the established ranks.
