Mr. Casper, who was destined to be a lawyer in a family of lawyers, joined the family’s law practice in 1975 after graduating with an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. While in law school, Mr. Casper gained valuable experience and insight as he worked for the Workers’ Compensation Bureau during the day. He began his general practice of the law by representing divorce, personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases. In time the Workers’ Compensation area of the firm soared and his entire practice became focused on Workers’ Compensation claims. Mr. Casper is passionate about protecting workers’ rights. He understands the tragic consequences placed upon the injured worker when the outcome of his case is unfavorable. As like all the attorneys at Casper & Casper, he does not shy away from the difficult case and truly understands the predicaments of the injured worker. He works diligently for a favorable outcome to their case.
Mr. Casper and his wife married in 1970 and make their home in Warren County. They have two children (a physician and an attorney) and four grandchildren. Mr. Casper serves on the Middletown Community Foundation in an effort to assure the welfare of the Middletown Community through grants to different community organizations as well as helping with individual citizens. In his free time, Mr. Casper loves hiking with his dogs and adding to and maintaining landscaping around his home. He enjoys traveling throughout the Southwestern United States, especially the Grand Canyon. Mr. Casper enjoys watching sports, especially the high school teams in Butler, Warren and Hamilton counties.
