Joined Casper & Casper in 1972

Jeffrey Casper, a partner in Casper & Casper who concentrates on Social Security Disability cases with a hand in Workers’ Compensation law, has been practicing law since 1972, following in the legal footsteps his father and uncle as well as his mother’s father. After graduating with a major in Political Science and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati, Jeffrey Casper joined Casper & Casper and soon after began and developed the Social Security Disability area of practice within the firm. Fresh out of law school, Mr. Casper joined the family firm, because he liked the type of work they were doing: giving a voice to the working man, the injured party, the sick and the disabled.

Mr. Casper believes everyone has the right to good representation, no matter his client’s background. Mr. Casper is committed to working hard and diligently, and he tries to win many cases early without the need for his clients to go to a social security hearing.

Mr. Casper and his wife of 35 years, live and are actively involved in many charitable causes in the Cincinnati area. They enjoy traveling to visit their three children and two grandchildren. Mr. Casper is also a fan of the Reds, Bengals, University of Cincinnati Basketball and Football. When not working, Mr. Casper enjoys investing in the community through his philanthropic and fundraising endeavors as well as spending time with his grandchildren, bicycling, walking, reading and listening to audio books.
