Michael Hallee is originally from Maine where he studied Business during his undergraduate and post-graduate MBA studies at the University of Southern Maine before coming to Ohio and studying law at the University of Dayton. He began practicing law at Casper & Casper in 2002 where he focuses on Personal Injury Law. Mike realizes how complex the process of pursuing a Personal Injury lawsuit can be, especially for someone without a medical and/or legal background. He recognizes the need for an advocate to help navigate through the complex process.

Mike believes in Casper and Casper’s approach because of their focus on individual clients. Casper and Casper attorneys and their staff have a great deal of experience in each area of practice ensuring the best representation possible for each client. Mr. Hallee believes every attorney who works on a client’s case at Casper and Casper will do everything possible to assure that the client is treated fairly by all parties including insurance companies and/or their employers.

Mr. Hallee understands what it takes to get his clients through the personal injury process. He has a diverse background and knows where to find the best experts possible to assure a fair resolution to each of his client’s cases. He is in touch with what’s going on in the real world, and treats each of his clients with the utmost respect as if they were a neighbor.

Outside of Casper and Casper, Mr. Hallee makes his home in the country near Northern Hamilton. He enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, and has coached T-ball, soccer, basketball and hockey and has served as a Cub Scout leader. He also enjoys fishing, horseback riding, and exploring various farmer’s markets, local fairs and festivals.
