Patrick Allen, a Senior Attorney with Casper & Casper, earned a Liberal Arts Degree in Political Science and played basketball at the University of Dayton, and he went on to law school at Ohio Northern University where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. In 1965, he followed a long family tradition of helping people through the legal system, as his grandfather, dad and brother did before him. For seven years, Mr. Allen had a general law practice before he decided to focus his practice to Personal Injury Law, Workers’ Compensation, Products Liability Legislation, and Employer Intentional Torts. He has always felt more inclined to help the injured person rather than represent big businesses or insurance companies. In 1997, Mr. Allen joined the Casper & Casper team where he believes everyone is oriented to helping the injured worker or injured person. To each of his clients, Mr. Allen offers an extensive knowledge of the law and a dedication to work hard on their behalf, all while finding common ground with anyone who walks through his door.
Mr. Allen married his wife in 1961, and they make their home on a farm between Waynesville and Lebanon in Warren County. They raisedd four children and now enjoy spending time with their six grandchildren. He is very interested in preserving antiquities and architectural structures and serves in a variety of capacities with a couple of historic societies. In his spare time, Mr. Allen enjoys fishing and cheering for his former team, the University of Dayton Flyers Basketball.
