Casper & Casper: Attorneys At Law, LLC.

Sanford Casper, a partner with Casper & Casper, studied Political Science at Miami University as an undergraduate and law at the University of Dayton. Mr. Casper did not always intend to become an attorney. Prior to law school, he worked at an animal shelter in Denver, as a nurse’s aide, and as a freelance reporter. He eventually moved to Dayton where he started Second Time Around, a local store specializing in used music and movies.

After deciding that he wanted a career where he would help others, he went to law school at the University of Dayton and then joined Casper & Casper. Mr. Casper limits his practice to Workers’ Compensation Law because he feels it was the best way to help the most deserving people.

He believes every attorney at Casper and Casper will do their best to represent each for their clients ethically and in a manner he would want his family to be treated by other professionals.

Mr. Casper, and his wife live in Montgomery. They have two grown sons, a Doctor of Marine Biology living in the Washington D.C. area and Steven who is an Associate with Casper & Casper. He enjoys the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. Mr. Casper is a strong proponent of Universal Health Care, as he believes all societies are judged based on how we treat the members who are least able to support and protect themselves.
