As an associate of Casper & Casper, Stacey Soifer has had the opportunity to fulfill her desire to help people by limiting her practice to Workers’ Compensation Law. Assisting people in obtaining compensation and medical treatment as well as advising them on all aspects of their Workers’ Compensation case is the culmination of a journey.

After receiving a Bachelor of General Studies degree with concentrations on psychology and art history from the University of Michigan, Ms. Soifer worked as a paralegal while obtaining her law degree in the evening program at Loyola University in Chicago. After working in a Chicago law firm doing Employment, Business and Securites Litigation, she chose a path closer to her heart, the pursuit of advocating for educational rights of individuals with disabilities, involved at the state, county and school levels—personal because she has a 20 year old son in the autism spectrum. Her efforts will contribute to long lasting benefits for other families facing similar issues in the future.

Ms. Soifer has been with Casper& Casper since 2003, a place where she finds that the personnel are not only caring and respectful of one another as well as their clients, but also extremely thorough and passionate about their work.

Living in the Centerville/Washington Township area with her husband, Bob, son, Sam and two Labrador Retrievers, Maggie and Sophie, Ms. Soifer has a very well-rounded life outside of work. She enjoys exercise, especially outdoor activities and loves music, attending many concerts and festivals. She loves to travel and most of all, spend time with her extended family and friends. She is very caring and compassionate as well as being a great listener, which makes her a person who will provide the best possible representation to her clients.
