William Allen, a Partner with Casper & Casper, first joined the firm in 1998 and was proud to have the opportunity to work with his father, Patrick Allen. Mr. Allen spent his undergraduate years in Central Kentucky at Transylvania University where he double majored in marketing and finance. After his undergraduate studies, Mr. Allen followed in a 4th generation family tradition of serving in the legal field once he graduated, cum laude, from the University of Dayton’s law school. He began his professional career as a defense attorney, which benefitted him by allowing him to see both sides of a case. He has an extensive understanding of the strategies and challenges of both the plaintiff and the defendant. Mr. Allen focuses his practice on the areas of Personal Injury, Product Liability, Employment Intentional Torts and Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Allen enjoys the practice of representing the “little guy” against big insurance companies and big employers.

Mr. Allen lives in Dayton and enjoys cooking, especially grilling, for his wife and two children. Mr. Allen also serves on the Associate Board of the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery because he believes it provides a great opportunity for families of all economic backgrounds to learn and explore together. He is also a former President of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association.
