People all over Ohio are outraged. The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that that you can be sited with a traffic ticket with no other evidence than a police officer visually seeing you drive. Here’s a HLN news story on how the Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that police can guess how fast you are going and ticket you. We think this is an inappropriate decision by the courts. This November we can end these types of decisions by voting for Judge Mary Jane Trapp and Justice Eric Brown. (read more)

As reported in the”Middletown Journal“, Arthur Casper, now 70, recently adjusted his will to include a generous bequest to Miami University. The bequest will benefit Miami’s departments of political science and history, along with its opera program. July 23 was a hot and beautiful day on the course at Walden Ponds Golf Club in Indian Springs, OH, where several attorneys, friends and guests of Casper & Casper joined in the Butler County Bar Association’s 2010 golf outing. Sponsoring a hole kept things interesting, and playing a good round was great exercise and fun.
